board games
• Unauthorized distribution or modification of any materials
1.2 Ownership Rights:
• Nordaurai Oy Ltd retains full ownership of all materials
• We reserve the right to monitor the usage of our materials to ensure compliance
1.3 Consequences of Misuse:
• Immediate termination of access to our services
• Legal action seeking damages and injunctive relief
• Reporting to relevant authorities for intellectual property infringement

2. Sales Regulations
2.1 Ownership Conditions:
• Upon purchase, clients are granted a non-transferable license to use the materials for
personal or organizational purposes as specified
2.2 Monitoring Usage:
• Nordaurai Oy Ltd reserves the right to monitor the usage of materials to prevent misuse or
unauthorized distribution

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Standard Services:

• Cancellation with at least 7 days’ notice: 50% refund
• Cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice: No refund
• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability

3.2 White-Labeled Materials:
• All sales are final
• No refunds or exchanges are permitted once the materials have been delivered
